What Your Furnished Stay Costs in Mundelein
Our second-floor condo rents for $2,500 per month. Our first-floor condo rents for $2,700 per month. Both include all furnishings, utilities, and parking. Shared laundry costs extra per load.
Each stay has a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. Bringing approved pets adds one non-refundable $300 fee per stay. A separate $1,000 refundable security deposit applies.
For one month without pets, rent and cleaning total $2,800 for the second-floor condo or $3,000 for the first-floor condo. Including the refundable deposit, those amounts are $3,800 and $4,000. Laundry is separate.
We started renting in 2022 and have hosted more than 30 people. Our properties undergo yearly inspections by the Village of Mundelein. Joan Smith completed the Mundelein Police Department’s eight-hour Crime Free Rental Housing Program in 2025. I bring experience as a former real estate agent.
